She subsequently resigned from her fight against VanZant. Ostovich was approved by her physician to fight on the 19th of January the 19th of January, 2019. The bout between Ostovich against VanZant took place the 27th of November, 2018. Ostovich won the fight in the second round via an armbar submission. Rachael and Veronica Macedo were scheduled to fight at UFC on ESPN+ 14 on 8 August, 2019. Polyana Viana was replaced by Rachael however, the reason for this is not known. Ostovich's scheduled bout with Shana Doboson was set for February 23rd, 2020 during UFC Fight Night 168, in Auckland New Zealand. Ostovich was, however, was removed from the fight after testing positive for ostarine and Priscila Cachoeira took her place. Ostovich, who tested positive for ostarine January 3, 2020, was fined by one-year sanction of USADA on June 18. Ostovich was unable to pass a test on January 3 2020 for Ostarine, GW1516. USADA banned her for eight months. The ingredient was within a product she was taking but it was not mentioned on the label. Gina Mazany will fight Blaydes in a fight on ESPN on November 28, 2020.
